RIPTHAGOAT. (r-i-p-tha-goat.) is an abbreviation for Rest In Peace Tha Greatest Of All Time. I came up with the saying in memory of my mother after her demise in 2016. At her candlelight vigil, I was gifted a t-shirt that read “RIP MOM” with her picture. I appreciated the gesture, because at the time I felt I could wear it every single day. However, there was not much thought put into designing it. So, I came up with the idea to design fashionable everyday garments that celebrates the legacy of my mother. Over time, I understood that many people have endured the pain of losing a love one and would appreciate my art. Therefore, I started RIPTHAGOAT. with the intent to create a luxury streetwear brand that commemorates the legacy of our departed love ones.
